Our mission is to transform and empower the lives of women and girls by overcoming the barriers that hinder them from accomplishing this goal. We intend to achieve this through empowerment books, workshops, seminars, major conference/expos, life-coaching, an on-line magazine, media broadcast, referral services and network involvement from individuals, community businesses and organizations that help to meet the needs of our clients.

Dr. Tunishai Ford, Brother Fred, his daughters and others were there to serve as a team in this wonderful endeavor.

Tunishai, Chris, Dave and even, Tunishai's granddaughter Oleah help to bring joy to the occupants of the shelter by serving delicious and nutritious meals every fourth Saturday of each month.

For this purpose we have decided to invite the community to personally get involved in our mission by becoming a member of Y.O.U. Inc. We are looking for involvement from individuals who desire to be a part of a work that is greater than themselves and can also see how their lives would be enhanced by the transformational information that would be afforded to them.

We are inviting you to get involved by becoming a part of an organization that is touching the lives of thousands of women and girls. Become a catalyst for change, mentor the underprivileged, and enhance your own lives by discovering how your abilities and talents can empower the lives of others.

Our primary goal is to bring spiritual growth, social stability, health and wellness, positive social interpersonal interaction and wealth building skills to our clients. This is accomplished by adopting shelters, youth facilities and domestic violence centers throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas (servicing them with transformational empowerment workshops and item donations), quarterly transformational empowerment workshops/meet and greet events for our members, and an annual major conference/ expo event that is geared towards fundraising for the organization and meeting our mission objective. Your donations help to support this program as well and is just as important.
